Alison is truly one of a kind. Not only is she passionate, driven and hard-working, she is also extremely kind, thoughtful, authentic and caring. With a multitude of interests and passions, she consistently makes an impact and inspires others to do the same. My approach to life and work has absolutely changed for the better since meeting Alison. She possesses all of the knowledge, skills, traits and virtues (and then some) of an incredible leader and motivator. Alison is super sharp and capable, a quick study and a strong leader. Not only can she wrap her brain around any problem and offer solutions, but she knows how to engage her staff to plan, solve problems and devise solutions as well. She leads by example. Her employees notice her commitment to integrity on the job, which results in a team that mirrors that behavior. Her very strong team-building skills enable her to craft a team of people, who themselves bond and work well together to achieve the company’s goals. Alison’s display of confidence in me led me to have feelings of confidence in myself. She is always fair in her assessment and her treatment of her colleagues; therefore, when she offered me constructive criticism, I knew that she had my best interests in mind, and I couldn’t help but seriously consider her recommendations. In addition to her overall capability as a leader, Alison is empathetic to the concerns of her employees. The support she showed me not only professionally but also personally contributed to a strong professional relationship that, in time, grew into a personal friendship.
